Terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you from us via the Concept Tiles website and or over the phone.
- The placement of any order for goods shows and indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions of Concept Tiles.
- These terms and conditions cannot be changed unless agreed in writing by Concept Tiles.
- If we make any typographical, clerical, or other omission in any information invoice or other document we shall be entitled to correct it without any liability on our part.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Description of any goods
All descriptions, advertising and specifications on the Concept Tiles website are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and we cannot warrant their accuracy. We also provide samples on some of our ranges - these samples are offered as a guidance to the colourings and finish of the tile but cannot be used as a guarantee for a perfect match due to changes in tile batches and colourings.
Before placing your order, you may purchase a sample of the tiles, these are 140mm x 140 mm, are £2 each and can be ordered online. If you require a full tile sample, this can be arrange based on the full cost of the tile and delivery. The samples are intended to give you a better idea of shade variation and finishes. However, it should be noted shades may vary slightly from batch to batch. We also offer appointments at our showroom where you can view full sized tiles.
Ordering of any goods
To order goods you should follow the instructions on the Concept Tiles website. Please note that orders will be supplied to the nearest square meter. Your order will be automatically adjusted upwards to include full tiles only.
Availability of goods
All goods are subject to availability. Delivery will normally be made within 3-5 working days and will be confirmed with you the client. If the goods are not in stock we will order these for you and confirm the lead time at the time of order. Some of our items are special order only and you will be notified of this when placing your order. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we are not able to supply the goods within these times.
The price payable for the goods will be shown on the Concept Tiles website and show the prices excluding of vat. Our website is updated daily, so prices are up to date. However, our prices do not include VAT or delivery. The delivery price will be given verbally or if required on a quotation.
Payment for any goods
When placing your order, you must inform us of your address and details which must be the same as your credit card bank has on file for you. We accept most major credit and debit cards including visa, MasterCard and Maestro, we do not accept American Express. If you provide us with incorrect information, this will delay processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation has been properly received from your bank.
Delivery and delivery times
Goods ordered will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. All deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm unless specified and agreed. Concept Tiles will not be responsible for any losses you suffer for late delivery. If you are not at home the driver will not leave the goods. If a second delivery attempt is made an additional charge will be incurred.
All deliveries are curb side. If the delivery driver can access the drive he will do so but at the drivers discretion. Gravel driveways and temporary roads will not be accessed. If there is a longer lead time you will be advised at the point of order.
You will be responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery assignment note at the time of the delivery. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. If any of the goods are received in a damaged condition or if there are any other irregularities, you must inform us and the driver straight away and sign the delivery note as damaged with a description of damage. Detailed pictures mist be provided to help us resolve any issues of the exact amount missing or the extent of the damage. We may collect all damaged or faulty goods at request and if they are found to be damaged or faulty, we will make an appropriate refund to you or arrange replacements at our expense.
Any fault, which is reported to us and substantiated by us within one month of purchase, will receive an immediate full credit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not totally satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. This does not apply if your tiles are special order, which you will be advised at the time of ordering. Please aware that you will be fully responsible for the return of goods and any associated costs of return. Concept Tiles will only process refunds for goods received back complete and in a saleable condition. Your cancellation request must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period. Special pieces, which have been imported at your request, are not returnable and therefore non-refundable.
